The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before 31 March 2023: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00

From 1 April 2023 to 30 April 2023: 50% refund

As of 1 May 2023 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the meeting.


Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
